Booking confirmation – once you have booked and paid the freight fee, we will book it in with our carriers and notify you via email. The email usually includes booking confirmation and an ETA. If we need any further information from you, we will give you a call before booking. If you aren’t available to pick up at the time, we will leave a voicemail and send an email too.

Call before pick-up – you need a heads up before a truck shows up to pick up the vehicle. We understand that. We instruct the truck driver to call at least 1 hour before turning up. During that conversation, you may discuss the best time that suits both parties.

Unexpected delays – you may be wondering where your vehicle is at any stage. What’s taking so long? Have we gone over the ETA? You are welcome to give us a call at any time during working hours.
